Initiate Your Request
Log into your N1 account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags are intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
